CHECK-OUT POLICY

Thank you for choosing Wyndhoian Signature Villas Hoi An.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free departure, please follow one of the two check-out options below.

Check-out Time

  • Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
  • If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability.

Option 1 – Assisted Check-out

If you would like our staff to assist with your check-out, please:

  • Notify us at least 60 minutes before your expected check-out time via our hotline or your preferred communication channel.
  • Our staff will come to your villa to:
    • Inspect the property.
    • Collect the keys and any provided devices.
    • Assist you in completing the check-out process.

Option 2 – Self Check-out

If you prefer to check out on your own, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Record a short video showing the condition of the villa before you leave, including:

  • Living room
  • All bedrooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Swimming pool (if applicable)
  • Other areas of the villa

Step 2

Place all of the following items on the dining table in the kitchen area:

  • Villa keys
  • Gate remote control
  • TV/Air-conditioner remote controls (if provided)
  • Any other items supplied during your stay

Step 3

Send the video to us via WhatsApp, Zalo, or the communication channel used during your stay.

Once we receive your video, we will inspect the property and confirm your check-out.

Security Deposit

After the villa has been inspected and confirmed that:

  • No damage has occurred.
  • No items are missing.
  • No additional charges have been incurred.

Your security deposit will be refunded using the agreed payment method as soon as possible.

If any damages, missing items, or additional charges are identified, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit before the remaining balance is refunded.

Cleaning Fee

A standard cleaning fee of VND 500,000 applies to each stay. This fee covers the cleaning of:

  • Living room
  • Bedrooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Swimming pool (if applicable)
  • All common areas of the villa

Guests are not expected to perform deep cleaning before departure. However, we kindly ask that you leave the villa in a reasonably tidy condition, dispose of trash properly, and treat all property with care.

If the villa is left in an excessively dirty condition, contains excessive rubbish, difficult stains, or requires additional deep cleaning beyond the standard service, an additional cleaning charge may apply. Any extra charges will be communicated after inspection.

Before You Leave

Before departing, please make sure to:

  • Turn off all lights and electrical appliances.
  • Switch off all air conditioners.
  • Lock all doors and gates securely.
  • Check carefully for any personal belongings.
  • Ensure all keys and remote controls are left on the dining table (for Self Check-out).
