CLEANING REGULATIONS

To ensure service quality and provide a clean and comfortable space for the next guests, please kindly maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. In case additional special cleaning services are required, the following charges will apply:

1. Garden & BBQ Area
Leaving rubbish, excessive waste, or failing to clean the garden/BBQ area after use: 300,000 VND

2. Swimming Pool (Applicable for Villas)

• Level 1: The swimming pool is dirty but does not affect water quality (regular cleaning is sufficient): 200,000 VND
• Level 2: The swimming pool is contaminated, affects water quality, and requires complete water replacement: 800,000 VND

3. Kitchen Area
Leaving a large amount of unwashed dishes, bowls, or cooking utensils after use: 400,000 VND

4. Smoking Inside the Room
Smoking or leaving a cigarette smell inside the room: 200,000 VND/room

Important Notice:
The above charges only apply when special cleaning services are required beyond the villa’s standard cleaning procedures.
